How can I check why my scheduled e-Transfer didn’t go through?

You can use Online Banking or Mobile Banking to check the reason why an e-Transfer wasn’t completed. 

For Online Banking:

  1. Sign on to Online Banking
  2. Select Interac e-Transfers
  3. Select Status and Stop Transfer
  4. Select the Scheduled tab
  5. Scroll down to the Unsuccessful Transfers table

For Mobile Banking:

  1. Sign on to Mobile Banking
  2. Tap the menu button in the top left corner
  3. Tap Upcoming Transactions
  4. Tap Unsuccessful Transfers

The Unsuccessful Transactions table shows you which e-Transfers didn't go through and why they weren't completed.
