You can use Online Banking or Mobile Banking to check the status of an e-Transfer.

For Online Banking:

  1. Sign on to Online Banking
  2. On the left side menu, select Interac e-Transfer
  3. Select Status and Stop Transfer

For Mobile Banking:

  1. Sign on to Mobile Banking
  2. Select Interac e-Transfer
  3. Select Review History
