Some transit systems may process payments differently than others.
 
Credit Cards: You’ll see all trips taken in a 24-hour window as one charge pending on Simplii online and mobile banking.  Once the transit system transaction is posted to the account, you’ll see your transit fare charge on your online/mobile banking and statement. Charges typically appear within 48 hours.
 
Debit Cards: Your daily spending limit and available funds balance will decrease by each pre-authorized amount that is processed by the Transit Authority, until the final payment comes through. You may see individual charges for each trip, or you may see all trips taken in a 24-hour window as one charge. You can view your transit fare charges on your bank account via online/mobile banking and statements. Charges typically appear within 48 hours and any funds held will also be released within that period.
 
Note: In some rare cases, it may take up to 14 days for the payment to be applied to your account.
