On your phone:

Sign on to the Simplii Mobile Banking App
From the menu, select Interac e-Transfer and then select Request Money
Select the contact, enter the amount you’re requesting, and the account to which you want the funds deposited once fulfilled
Select the box to confirm you acknowledge that you have an existing relationship with this contact and select Send Request

On desktop:

Sign on to Simplii Online Banking
From the menu, select Interac e-Transfer and select Request Money
