To send an e-Transfer through Online Banking:

  1. Sign on to Online Banking
  2. From the left navigation menu, select Interac e-Transfers
  3. Select Send Money
  4. Select or add the contact you wish to send the money to
  5. Enter the amount you want to send and how you want it delivered to your contact (either Email or Text)
  6. To set up a future-dated or recurring transfer, select the frequency and/or modify the transfer date
  7. Include a message (optional)
  8. Select Next
  9. Under Details, enter the security question and answer (Note: if the recipient is registered for Autodeposit, a security question isn't required)
  10. Verify the information is correct, then select Send Money

To send an e-Transfer through Mobile Banking:

  1. Sign on to Mobile Banking
  2. Select the Interac e-Transfer icon
  3. Select Send Money
  4. Enter the amount you'd like to send
  5. Select the account you want the funds to be sent from 
  6. Select a contact
  7. Select a transfer method
  8. If you want to send a future-dated or recurring transfer, select the frequency and/or modify the transfer date
  9. Select Continue
  10. Verify the information is correct, then select Send Money
