You can access your money from any CIBC bank machine in Canada without a fee. But, you can't use a bank machine to withdraw money from a savings account. You must transfer your funds to another transactional account first. Also, some machines can't accept deposits.
You can also withdraw money from any non-CIBC bank machine displaying the Interac® or PLUS* signs. Additional costs may apply, including any fees from the owner of the machine.
