To un-register from the Interac e-Transfer® Autodeposit feature:

On your phone:

  1. Sign on to the Simplii mobile banking.
  2. From the menu, select “Settings” and then select “Autodeposit Settings”.

On desktop:

  1. Sign on to Simplii online banking.
  2.  From the menu, select “Interac e-Transfer” and select “Autodeposit Settings”.A list of registered accounts will appear after your select the “Autodeposit Settings”.
  3. Select the account you’d like the Autodeposit feature removed from and select “Unregister”.
  4. Confirm the un-registering of the account in the verification pop-up screen by selecting “Remove”.

You have now successfully unregistered the selected account from the Interac e-Transfer Autodeposit feature.
